1. The Library Timing are: 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (From Monday to Friday) & 11.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on Saturday. There will be a Tiffin Break from 1.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
2. Personal bags, books or any printed materials and other articles are not allowed inside the Library Room.
3. Without proper membership card, students are not allowed to enter the Library Room.
4. Honours students are entitled to issue 3 books at a time for one week.
5. General students are entitled to issue 2 books at a time for one week.
6. Books can be re-issued for one week after the due date.
7. A Late Fee of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged for keeping a book beyond the due date up to 7 days. The fine will be Rs. 2/- per day from 8th to 15th day and after that Rs. 5/- per day.
8. Books lost or damaged while on loan, must be replaced by the member or double the cost of the books has to be paid.
9. Students not getting books properly, can reserve the particular books through reservation slips.
LIBRARY RULES FOR TEACHERS

2. Teachers are entitled to issue 6 books at a time for one months.
3. Books can be reissued for one month after the due date.
4. There has to be a gap of at least 15 days between the last return and re-issue of a book.
5. Books lost or damaged while on loan, must be replaced by the member or double cost of the book shall have to be paid.
6. A fine of Rs. 5/- per day shall be charged for keeping a book beyond the due date.
7. Teachers can issue Journals for seven days except the Latest Edition. Teachers can issue Reference Books, Questions Papers for weekends.
8. Teachers can issue CD/DVD for seven days through “Library Card for CDs”.
