Fee Refund Policy

UGC Fee Refund Policy – 2025–26

As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, higher education institutions must follow the specified fee refund rules for the academic session 2025–26. These rules are applicable to all UGC-recognized universities and colleges including Panchur College. A candidate must apply online with all relevant documents for admission cancellation and fee refund, if any.

The UGC refund policy for 2025-26 includes the following key points:

1. 100% refund if cancellation is made 15 days or more before the last admission date.
2. 90% refund if cancellation is made within 15 days of the last admission date.
3. 80% refund if cancellation is made after 15 days but within 30 days.
4. 50% refund if cancellation is made within 30 days.
5. No refund will be provided after 30 days from the last admission date.
