All students must have a college Identity Card, which they must carry with them within the college premises and outside.
Students must be well informed about the notices displayed on the college notice boards as well as the Panchur College website, failing which the college authority will not be responsible for any inconvenience faced by them.
Regular attendance as per University (CU) norms is obligatory for each student to appear in the University Examination.
Students admitted to this college are to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the College, University and orders of the Principal/TIC. No student can plead ignorance of such rules and orders.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Report on this matter, if found true, would lead to cancellation of admission or suspension for an academic year.
The College Authority holds the right to issue transfer certificate or rusticate a student found guilty of an offense or disorderly behaviour, if it considered that such action is necessary in the interest of the college, without assigning any reason.
Students must keep the college premises clean and maintain the sanctity of the college. Silence is to be observed. The corridors, staircases and the college premises are not meant for loitering and lounging.
The misuse of cell phone is strictly prohibited within the college campus.
Students must take care of the college premises, college properties, and plants within the Campus. Violation of the scenery or damage to any plant is strictly prohibited.
Usage of Gutka/Panmasala and any such objects and spitting in and around the premises is strictly prohibited.
If a student is absent from the classes without notice and without proper reason for more than 15 days, his/her name would be struck off from the college rules.
Students must be punctual and regular in attending classes.
All the students, by the very fact of being admitted in the college, are obliged to follow all rules, regulations and traditions laid down by the college authority.
In matters not mentioned above, the decision of the Principal/TIC and/or the college authorities shall be final and binding on all the students.
